Privacy & inquiry data

Updated September 9, 2026. Report Bench is operated by Zachary Bezenek.

When you request a fit check

We collect the name, reply email, project description and service choice you submit, along with the submission time. These details are saved in our hosted database so we can review your request, reply and discuss a possible project. Submitting an inquiry does not place an order or add you to a mailing list.

The operator and service providers used for hosting and AI-assisted inquiry review may process these details. The site uses OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. Submitted inquiries are not publicly displayed. Please do not send passwords, private customer records, financial account information or other sensitive data.

The working samples

The cleanup, dashboard and reporting samples process selected CSV data in your browser. These tools do not upload that file. Downloads remain wherever you save them. This is separate from the inquiry form, which sends the information you enter to our server.

Keeping and removing information

We keep inquiry details to assess and respond to your request and manage any resulting project. You can ask to correct or remove an inquiry by replying to our correspondence or using the inquiry form with the same email and a deletion request. Any project record requirements will be discussed separately.

Site operation

We have added no advertising trackers or marketing analytics. Hosting providers may process technical request information to operate and protect the website. Basic request limits help prevent abuse.
