JOB LOG / WORKING DASHBOARD SAMPLE
A clear view of the work.
Explore the fictional 12-job log, or import a structured CSV with the five agreed columns. A status filter updates every metric and chart.
Try Pending: 3 jobs and 2.25 recorded hours. Inspect the three source rows below the chart, then download that exact view.

Bar counts add up to the jobs in view. Recorded hours include every record in that view, including pending or cancelled jobs.
Records behind these numbers
The same status filter controls these rows, the chart and all three metrics. The download includes every row in the selected view.

Calculations, expected results and file rules
Metrics: job count = rows in view. Recorded hours = sum of the hours field in the view. Completed share = completed rows ÷ all rows in the view; no rows shows “—”. Displayed percentages round to one decimal place.
Fictional example: all statuses gives 12 jobs, 17.00 hours and 58.3% completed. Completed gives 7 jobs and 14.25 hours. Pending gives 3 jobs and 2.25 hours. Cancelled gives 2 jobs and 0.50 hours.
Exact headers: job_id,job_date,service,status,hours
UTF-8 CSV; up to 500 rows, 2 MiB (2,097,152 bytes) and 20 services. Job IDs must be unique. Dates must be real YYYY-MM-DD dates in 1900–2099. Status is completed, pending or cancelled. Hours are nonnegative plain decimals, at most 9999.99 and two decimal places.
This dashboard does not clean or merge files. A bad record refuses the entire import and clears the previous view. Importing replaces the current file; history is not retained.
